My therapy approach is to use a variety of techniques including cognitive, dialectical behavior therapy,(DBT), solution-focused, and others, to help you achieve your goals. I have worked in multiple settings over the past several decades to gain the skills and maturity that I hope will enable you to actualize your potential. I am a graduate of the University of Missouri and hold active licenses in Florida, (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), and Kansas, (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor). , My specialty is helping individuals recover from trauma, grief and changes that result in a loss of meaning in their lives. I enjoy helping families and couples discuss their concerns, resolve conflicts and cope with life changes. I have worked with populations in the Northwest and Southwest and utilize culturally diverse methods.
