I have a passion for supporting and guiding individuals through their discomfort to get on the other side of it. My goal is to empower you to look within, maximize your full potential and live YOUR truth. , My background includes using compassion and empathy while supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and interpersonal relationships.
