I am most passionate about working with professionals who feel like they are “not good enough” or who worry about living up to others’ expectations. We can work together to help you learn to love yourself for who you are, and not for what you accomplish. Typical clients of mine are women that are dealing with life transitions, which can include a variety of topics such as breakups, career challenges, insecurity, attachment issues, friendship issues, anxiety/depression, and just general "I don\t know what I\m doing with my life". I help my clients gain more self-compassion and confidence. , Another speciality of mine is providing couples therapy. I help bridge the gap during conflicts, and coach couples to learn more effective ways of communicating. I help my couples get unstuck. I have also worked with many clients from the LGBTQIA community, that are looking for a safe space to seek mental health treatment.
