About Us

I offer 1, 2, and/or 3-day Experiential Intensives. This allows me to guide you to connect safely with yourself as we explore the various symptoms, trauma responses, no longer serving behaviors, shame/guilt, and negatively held core beliefs. Experiential intensives allow you to go beyond talk therapy, to get to the root of the challenges. I also help those already in sobriety who may be seeking more fulfilling and/or emotionally whole-hearted lifestyle changes. I wish to co-travel with those who desire to heal, transform, define, and redefine their lives. , Clients work towards their goals through cutting-edge experiential modalities like psychodrama, inner child, EMDR, cognitive, play, and somatic techniques. Intensives allows us to tap into your deeper inner world without having to reconnect weekly and gives you more freedom to live your life. This faster progress can lead to faster resolution of symptoms. , I have a passion for working with those who are experiencing challenges that were less than nurturing. Those experiences often appear cognitively, emotionally, and within the body - and through an array of addictive processes. I know reaching out to a trained clinician for help or guidance can be a big deal, I’m happy you made the first step.
