About Us

I specialize in working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. I love working with teens and young adults, as I feel like my approach and use of humor can help people feel at ease and understood. I have also worked with women in tech and the unique struggles this presents. I enjoy working with adults that are struggling with a sense of emotional loneliness or disconnection and find it difficult to "turn off" or be present, resulting in high levels of stress. I also work with individuals struggling with disordered eating or mild to moderate eating disorders, particularly Binge Eating Disorder. , I also work with those who have experienced trauma in their lives. Trauma can be defined in many ways; there is no right or wrong. Trauma-informed therapy can help provide a space to safely process that trauma so that it does not continue to impact your life. I use evidence-based therapy that gives clients concrete strategies to help reach their goals. , The great thing about my training and professional experience is that I am able to blend data driven intervention while still feeling like your talking to a human! I tend to interweave neuroscience to help increase your understanding of what is going on, while creating a warm and empathetic space to reduce your symptoms and feel connected.
