I am a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and a Board Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist with more than 20 years experience in the mental health profession providing counseling and therapy to individuals, families and couples. I have had the opportunity and privilege to help those facing issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief and loss. I rely on my specialty, Internal Family Systems(IFS), which provides a non-pathological approach to treatment. I have facilitated instruction and supervision for therapists, nurses and coaches applying the IFS model of counseling and therapy.
