About Us

I believe that the purpose of therapy is to supply others with guidance towards developing tools and skills that allow them to ultimately set themselves free. I am here to offer support in helping you achieve your goals, meeting you where you are, and providing you with a comfortable non-judgmental space that would allow you to open up. My hope is to connect with individuals, create a space that normalizes expressing feelings and assists in helping them through life transitions through my training in the Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have a background in mindfulness & somatic healing yoga that is often implemented in my practice through connection with the mind and body including breath-work & much more. , I have focused much of my experience working with several areas of concern and populations including but not limited to Couples, LGBTQ, Latinx, Teens/Adolescents, as well as topics of Intimacy, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Bipolar Disorder, and Depression. I strive to build rapport & draw on human connection to meet each client with empathy & kindness.
