About Us

My ideal client is an individual seeking freedom from emotional and psychological pain. My clients see me in order to gain independence from the pain of trauma, chronic illness, addiction, and existential crisis. My client\s learn new ways of thinking about the world and their place in it. They learn to live as "a part of" and not "apart from". Their relationships are enhanced, their quality of life improves, and they begin to experience life more broadly and richly. My ideal client desires change and is willing to work to achieve it. , I offer my clients very individualized counseling based upon the close empathic rapport and therapeutic alliance that we build. Using a variety of treatment modalities , my therapy has a distinctly client centered, humanistic, and reality based approach. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional use EMDR when indicated. , Pain is a necessary part of life. Suffering, however, is not.
