I specialize in helping women heal from trauma and unhealthy relationships so they can nurture secure connections with themselves and others. Whether you’re navigating an abusive relationship, managing its aftermath, or struggling to shift recurring patterns with friends, family, or partners, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I will help you move forward with confidence, clarity, safety, and self-compassion. I deeply believe that everyone deserves dignity and respect, and that healing is possible. Often, clients come to me wanting to heal, but aren’t quite sure what that looks like, feels like, or means in practice. , In our sessions, you will gently reconnect with your body and feelings, tend to the parts of yourself that need care, discover new ways to communicate, set healthy boundaries, and deepen your self-awareness to better honor your needs. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you, and I believe that the relationship we build together is essential to this process. , My approach is warm, genuine and affirming.
