Life can present significant challenges, prompting questions such as: Are we inclined to give up? Are we resorting to unhelpful coping strategies? Who can we turn to for support? I assist my clients in addressing these critical inquiries. Recognizing that each client is unique, I work collaboratively to establish tailored goals that align with their individual needs. Together, we formulate "SMART" goals—specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound. Therapy serves as a vital outlet for personal growth and success, especially when faced with overwhelming obstacles. , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy along with other evidence-based interventions, are employed in therapeutic practice due to its effectiveness in assisting clients with a variety of mental health and substance use challenges.
