About Us

There is no better day than today to make positive changes in your life. I feel that the counseling process is a good first step in making those changes. I have provided individual therapy for the past 35 years. My guiding principal in counseling is to help clients identify their issues and custom fit a plan to address their concerns. I use various counseling techniques, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, to help clients gain a different perspective and outlook. , Through this process clients will learn the skills needed to make positive changes and get their life on track. I primarily work with adults addressing various issues including depression, grief, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life changes, relationship issues, self esteem and memory issues. , I know taking the first step is difficult and reaching out to a stranger with your personal issues is hard. But my job is to make sure that I provide you with an environment that is safe, non judgmental, confidential and supportive. I feel together we can find the solutions to your problems and concerns that will give you peace and direction in your life.
