I have over "20 years of experience" in the field. I am the daughter of a psychiatrist and grew up in the field. Are you feeling off? Do you need some direction? I can help. I can give you the tools you need to overcome what is ailing you. A good therapist will provide you with shortcuts and coping tools to you back on track without spending years in therapy. No problem is too big to handle. I never judge, blame, shame my clients. I encourage my clients to learn and grow as they embark on this new journey of becoming the best version of themselves. , My specialties are relationships, all addictions, including sex addiction and their spouses, abuse/trauma, Narcissistic Abuse,Aspergers, Depression, Anxiety, and life issues. I use talk therapy and a whiteboard for instruction. Many of my clients take notes and may receive a handout so they can refer back to skills and information acquired during sessions. , I know how scary therapy can be for some and how hard it can be to figure things out alone.
