I can help you reach your goals, be a listening ear, and provide a welcoming, compassionate environment every step of the way. , I use an intuitive, integrative, client centered approach infused with mindfulness and somatic work. I am an advocate for holistic wellness and value the mind, body spirit connection. I am trained in energy work, clinical yoga and NET. Each session is tailored specifically to the individual as each person is unique.
