About Us

I have over 12 years of experience working in multiple settings. After extensive training and practice, I have narrowed my private practice to especially focus on my greatest passions of empowerment, assertiveness, relationships, health & wellness, perinatal challenges, and "mompreneurship." So many of us struggle with self-esteem issues, assertiveness/boundary issues and the need for greater balance with work, family and self-care. I help people find their voice, their self-worth, improve their relationships and time management so that they can live a great lifestyle that fosters happiness and wellness. , I use a warm and active approach to therapy that includes validating emotions, recognizing patterns, identifying problematic thoughts, and then modifying them to create positive change and improved wellness. I help you develop new skills, provide resources and practical assistance, when appropriate; Sometimes, I just really listen. It is tailored to you. , " Learning to love ourselves, give ourselves grace, establish healthier relationships and work/life balance is challenging.
