About Us

I am a clinical social worker with over 21 years of experience licensed in the states of Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Texas, and Vermont. I help clients address autism, ADHD, and the challenges that stem from these differences (C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress, relationships and communication challenges, family relationship challenges, and parenting support). I also have a lot of experience working with PTSD and C-PTSD, and helping individuals, couples and families improve their communications. I see my clients as the experts in their lives and my role as that of a guide toward insight and improvement. , My clients find being heard & accepted calming and affirming. I ask lots of questions but also love to listen. I am neurodiversity, & LGBTIA+ affirming, as well as trauma informed. I use a holistic stance (CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness) to help clients address a wide range of challenges (work, relationships and life changes, anxiety, depression, self love). , I am very aware of the need for multicultural sensitivity in my scope of practice. Being a person of color, Latinx, female, and neurodivergent myself propels me to respect, explore, and create a safe space for the differences in all of us.
