About Us

I am a Solution-focused therapist specialized in treating substance dependence and co-occurring disorders (individuals with both substance dependence disorder and mental health disorder). Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, work/school stressors, family issues, relationship issues, attention deficit, trauma, anger management & mood fluctuations. I work with children, adolescents, adults and mature adults. I also work collaboratively with Psychiatrists who assist me in successfully treating major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, chronic relapsers and thought disorders. , " Lets begin to break through old habits and patterns which arent helpful. ", I work to find solutions WITH individuals, families & couples. I am non confrontational in my practice and offer compassion in my interactions with all people. I am culturally aware and open. My focus is on solutions and opportunities, as opposed to ongoing problem talk. I believe all people who struggle can get better and I am nonjudgemental in my approach
