I will help establish a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings. I want to help you get into a GREAT, HEALTHY space by teaching you new skills and techniques. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. I want to help you achieve being your happiest and healthiest self so you can live the life you are meant to live! , In our sessions we\ll work towards meeting goals by utilizing specific strategies that work best for you. My approach is very individualistic and client-centered. We’ll work to "reshape" thoughts in a way that promotes your mental health and happiness. I’ll help you develop specific skills to be able to overcome the challenges that you are currently facing. , I understand that the idea of facing current or past struggles can be difficult.
