About Us

The decision to start therapy takes courage. Often the idea of talking about personal thoughts and emotions can be anxiety-inducing. As an art therapist and licensed mental health counselor, my goal is to provide a safe space to explore emotions through the creative process. I apply art therapy and counseling techniques to increase self-awareness, reduce stress, and encourage healthy expression. Art therapy requires no previous art experience. It does not matter what you create, it matters what your art means to you! Based on your individual goals, we may focus sessions on verbal counseling more often than the art process. , I have completed training in Perinatal Mental Health. When working with pregnant/postpartum people and partners, I aim to support you as you navigate all of the emotions and changes that come with pregnancy, birth, and becoming a parent, as well as challenges related to infertility and pregnancy or birth trauma. Babies are welcome to attend with you as well! , I am currently available virtually. Online art therapy follows essentially the same process as in-person art therapy using the art supplies you have at home, without the time spent driving to an office. Whether you have paint, clay, yarn, or even just a sketchbook - the creative process is absolutely possible. I look forward to working with you!
