I\m Amanda, and I help deep feeling, introspective, and motivated adults and teens become aware of the root causes of their patterns of behavior. You’re frustrated by doing everything you "should" be doing and realizing that fulfillment you were promised is nowhere to be found. You’ve taken the “right” steps in life, but you\re depleted, and wondering how you can feel so bad when you\ve done it all right.
