About Us

Hello and welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist extremely committed to my clients and I strongly believe in the importance and value of the therapeutic relationship. I use a relaxed, skilled, and collaborative style to empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their lives. My approach is warm, passionate, and supportive, acknowledging each client and their own unique experiences. My primary areas of interest include, but are not limited to: life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and coping, health-related concerns, pregnancy and postpartum mental health, and relationship issues. , I completed my doctoral training at the Florida School of Professional Psychology and internship at the University of South Florida. I have experience working with children, adolescents, college students, and adults in outpatient clinics, schools, college counseling centers, community mental health, and hospital settings. I am currently in private practice. , I enjoy individual, couples, family, and group therapy. I am uniquely trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a scientifically proven approach to resolve trauma more rapidly than traditional treatment. I also provide support to women/partners adjusting to the pre and postpartum period. I look forward to speaking with you!
