About Us

There is an irony to healing. It is a process that requires self love and motivation, and at the same time the lack of motivation and lack of self love is part of what needs healing. We have an ability to smile or laugh externally while it may not truly match the way we feel inside. This results in not feeling fully known and feelings of loneliness amidst relationships. We are walking around with various types of traumas or betrayals from being hurt by those who should have been protecting us. There is anxiety, depression, identity crises, and the stressors of life. Yet there is hope to find peace and contentment and rise again. View 3 Photos, I think outside of the norms. I build a safe therapeutic connection that is a soft place for clients to deepen their relationship with themselves. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy. I am trained in the Gottman approach in working with couples. I specialize in anxiety, depression and I am writing a book on walking through the trauma of betrayal.. , " My passion to be a therapist comes from awesome results I have had from therapy.
