I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, self-harm behaviors and trauma. My passion has always been trauma related work as I truly believe that the suffering that many people experience is a result of the trauma they have experienced in their lives. My goal is to help provide you the space to feel safe while processing your trauma, as well as find the tools and techniques needed to develop healthy and adaptive ways of coping. The ultimate goal is to help you uncover the strength and resiliency that is inside of you as you work through the healing process. , I offer EMDR therapy for the treatment of trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused therapy to create coping skills for anxiety, depression, and emotional distress. I will work with you to foster hope, develop meaningful relationships, recognize your strengths and develop self-esteem. , It would be my privilege to work with you and help you reach your goals.
