About Us

I approach psyche from the Jungian psychodynamic, holistic lens. I work with, but am not limited to, folks with a history of depression, mood disorders, trauma, eating disorders and sexual abuse as well as life-transitions, identity dysphoria, and spiritual crises/emergences. Together we will access the needs of psyche and soul that are calling for your attention in order for you to reach a greater sense of wholeness, and a new kind of self-knowledge. I can help you feel into the symptoms in a new way that may illuminate their cause and bring you to a greater understanding of yourself within and without. Feeling through these aspects is the way to healing, transformation and wholeness. We work together to explore the psyche through the use of talk therapy, dreamwork, active imagination and various psychoanalytic techniques. , I have been through the therapy experience in my own training with many mentors. I have a deep connection to this inner process with the unconscious. I work specifically with individuals doing alchemical Imaginal work with soul.
