I will work alongside you to face those life challenges such as: low self-esteem, school issues, anger, poor communication with family members, dating/marriage, parenting, divorce, trauma or career changes. I want to explore your emotional challenges such as frustration, depression, hopelessness, anger, anxiety, and grief. Whether you are facing issues in school, at work, at home, with family, friends, or internally, Im here during this time. ", I am passionate about working with teens and adults who are experiencing feelings of sadness, depression, anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed in this time of transition.My specialty is working with women who have postpartum depression. I am trained in perinatal mental health and I have a personal understanding of postpartum depression/anxiety. , I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy Person-Centered Therapy approach, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution focused therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and psychodynamic theories. I know beginning this work can be scary, challenging even, but I am eager to start this therapeutic healing process with you.
