About Us

I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, perfectionism, sport- or performance-related concerns, and burnout. I often see clients who don\t feel "good enough," have family-of-origin or multicultural concerns, experience relationship challenges, or are going through life transitions. As a former college soccer player, I also have a particular interest in working with current and former athletes, who may need help with things like anxiety, mood concerns, managing transitions (ex. from high school to college sports, life after sports), athletic burnout, team dynamics, effects of injury, and balancing multiple demands. , I emphasize strengths, transparency, and genuine feedback (from both sides) in order to tailor each therapy experience to meet the goals we set together. Once we understand the patterns that get in the way, we can make intentional changes that can provide relief and significantly improve quality of life. , My practice (The Perfect Therapy Group, PLLC) offers virtual appointments and has an office that is conveniently located above the Dupont Circle metro station.
