During sessions with me I will provide you with practical tools to assist with managing your anxiety and stress, while providing support towards changing habits, behaviors, or relationships that no longer serve you. My approach will normalize your experience and allow you to regain a sense of control thus helping you decide how to redefine who you are. , I specialize in providing tools to manage anxiety. I also focus on providing support with issues that affect the LGBTQ+ community. I have a master’s in art therapy, which is a type of psychotherapy where art is used as a communication tool which I typically use to assist my clients with processing traumatic experiences on a case-by-case basis. , You can expect that working with me will involve plenty of conversation so that I can get to know you. You are the expert of your life wherein I am the collaborator who introduces insight and perspectives.
