Through evidence-based practices and a collaborative approach to treatment, we will work to make the lasting change you are seeking for a more meaningful and fulfilling life. , My primary specialties are anxiety disorders, OCD and phobias, insomnia, and emotion dysregulation. I have experience with general stress management, depression, relational issues, and life changes through my work in university counseling and outpatient settings. I have a passion for perinatal and postpartum mental health and am working towards my PMH-C. , I practice from an integrated approach.
