About Us

If you are burdened by anxiety or depression, navigating infertility, pregnancy or parenting, or struggling with work stress or relationships, I may be a good fit for you. I help clients who feel overwhelmed, stressed or depleted to make sense of their struggles, and create an actionable, accessible plan for change. In our sessions, I strive for you to feel seen, heard and supported. My approach combines tactical skill building with broader insight, helping you to feel calmer and more in control as we work together towards a greater sense of well-being. View 4 Photos, I work with college students through mature adults, particularly individuals who are navigating the intersection of identities as self, employee, partner, child or parent. I have particular expertise in infertility, from struggling to conceive through the use of ARTs, as well as PPA/PPD, and am the author of the book Struggling With Infertility. , Originally from South Africa, I worked in global consulting, government and industry before becoming a psychotherapist, and draw on these experiences in my work with clients. I am actively affirming and welcoming to individuals of all gender identities, ethnicities, sexual orientations and religions, and to those building their families in diverse ways.
