About Us

I help clients connect with their inner wisdom by gaining insight into life patterns and changing the thoughts, emotions and behaviors that are inconsistent their goals. Some of the issues I support clients through are decreasing the frequency and intensity of the symptoms related to anxiety and/ or depression; life transitions including career changes, navigating romantic relationships/ partnerships, or becoming a parent; recovering from childhood trauma or Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; improving your relationship with yourself. My experience as a Black woman on my own healing journey informs my therapeutic approach. , I am mindfulness based in my approach to therapy and my theoretical approach is grounded in cognitive behavioral. I teach clients the relationship between what they think, how they feel and what they do and strategies to make change in those areas. I also teaching clients stress management skills. , " I am excited to be your partner and guide in helping you gain deep insight into any existing patterns in your life that youd like to change.
