We work in collaboration as partners, combining your goals with my research-proven techniques. These techniques include CBT, traditional talk therapy, a focus on improving SENS factors (sleep/exercise/nutrition/social), and others, always applied holistically and non-dogmatically. I do particularly well with issues that therapy has thus far failed to resolve. While traditional therapy focuses on exploring and understanding your issues, I make sure we take action, see real change, and prevent backsliding.
