A great deal of my work is partnering with individuals who are experiencing a lack of purpose or direction in their life. This could be related to historical wounds that seem to continually resurface, a sense of feeling stuck or trapped in behavior or relationships that leave you unfulfilled, or feeling a lack of direction and focused energy. Experiencing personal agency to achieve what you want, how you want and knowing you have the capacity to achieve this, is what I foster in a therapeutic relationship. It is my personal belief that there are no limits to what is possible. , There is no reason for anyone to suffer. I believe much of our suffering stems from the belief that we have to shoulder our burden alone. I work from a Strength-Base, Solution-Focused perspective to help clients develop the strategies and skills to enhance the quality of their life. , Fear does not have to bind us and keep us from living a rich/full life. Once we are no longer afraid to take appropriate risks, reach beyond our grasp and make the changes we need in order to reach our potential, it is then that we begin to live.
