As a team, we will fine-tune your self-awareness and hone your insightfulness so that you are readily equipped to enhance yourself and ultimately your life. Self-awareness is the first step towards change. , I focus on relationship issues, attachment styles, infidelity, obsessive love/love addiction, trauma, depression, narcissistic abuse, Adjustment Disorder, ADHD, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, life transitions, break up grief, and lack of purpose/meaning in life. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Attachment theory, DBT, CBT, ACT, Somatic & Complex Trauma. , In the exploration stage and insight stage, I will work alongside you to tell your life narratives, and then I will use challenges to disrupt problematic narratives; finally, we will use interpretations to help you rewrite your narrative in a more productive light and to think about your concerns from different perspectives to take corrective action.
