I am a trauma-informed somatic counselor, working with adults at various life stages. I serve a diverse population, with a particular focus on the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals. At the core of my practice is the belief that in knowing ourselves, we can show up more authentically with others. Whether your concerns revolve around relationships, sexual identity and gender expression, work-life, anxiety, or depression, I will help you find what you need to navigate your next right steps. , I am currently in training for Somatic Experiencing, and draw on Polyvagal Theory to inform my work. I have a holistic approach to therapy, and specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, consensual non-monogamy/polyamory and nontraditional relationships. , I bring my whole self to my work with clients, offering mindfulness and somatic psychoeducation during sessions.
