I believe individuals, couples, & families can adjust their communication and patterns to improve their lives and relationships. My approach is compassionate yet honest & straightforward. I teach healthy patterns to replace negative ones. I take a pro-relationship, trauma informed, approach to all relationships, helping people and their loved ones make changes in order to feel closer and happier together. I offer virtual, confidential, web-based sessions via a HiPAA platform.
