Young adulthood is tough! You may ask yourself, "Am I behind? Why does everyone else seem to have it ‘figured out’? Why don’t I know what I’m doing with my life?" There is an unspoken and unrealistic expectation to be \perfect\ and have it all \figured out\ by the time we reach our 20s and 30s. But in reality, most of us are not! Maybe your friends seem to have successful careers and thriving social lives and relationships. Maybe your family is pushing to know what your future plans are.
