Hi, my name is Emily. I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, but also see clients for many reasons including: anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship concerns, college mental health, life transitions, addiction, stress management, athletic and performance based stressors and mood related concerns. I am currently seeing clients in person at my Fairfax Office, but can meet virtually with clients all over Virginia and DC. , As a therapist, I try to provide my client with a calm, nurturing and safe environment. My approach is person-centered and I try to work in collaboration with my client to help them overcome the obstacles of life so that they can reach their goals. , My goal is to help my clients feel empowered, understood and respected when they are working with me.
