Together, we explore the roots of your issues with the goal of reducing anxiety and depression, processing past traumas, understanding your relationships, and making meaning out of life transitions and loss. , I specialize in working with adults experiencing infertility, miscarriages, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns, creating a safe and gentle space to help integrate these profound changes and explore acceptance. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, I bring a multicultural approach to my work and also offer sessions in Spanish. , " I get it, change is hard, especially when its not in our control.
