About Us

The psychotherapy I practice provides my clients with relief from feeling unhappy, with a better understanding of their unhappiness, and gives them hope for the future. To achieve these goals, I seek to develop a trusting connection by listening carefully to the experiences and feelings my clients describe; what they put into words, and what they may not have said. As both the client and I begin to explore and understand these experiences, new patterns of thought and then behavior emerge. This is how, together, we create the space for healing, and thereby new opportunities arise in their lives. , Clients struggle with overwhelming feelings of anxiety and depression, some with grief, and some with past trauma. I help to facilitates a deeper understanding of behaviors that no longer serve them. I aspire to be culturally sensitive, and open to the wide range of experiences of self and identity. I work with adults of all ages. , I like to combine relational and insight orientated psychodynamic psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral, behavioral and somatic modalities. I endeavor to tailor my work carefully to each client’s goals and preferences. I have an offices in Center City Philadelphia and also work by telemedicine. I look forward to hearing from you.
