In therapy you will learn tools you can immediately begin using to reduce your anxiety &/or sadness & build a healthy relationship with yourself & others so you can create a fulfilling life. , Our work together will allow you to gain insight into what keeps you feeling stuck. Additionally, you will learn skills to manage your emotions & create a life that feels joyful, balanced, and fulfilling, where you are both advancing in your career or academics, and learning to make time to connect with yourself and people you care about.
