About Us

I am a board-certified psychotherapist providing integrative, psychodynamic individual and couples therapy in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I often see high-achieving college students, young adults, parents, and professionals who experience anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, codependency, infidelity, lack of fulfillment, are adult children of alcoholics or emotionally immature parents, are recovering from trauma, dealing with relationship difficulties, struggle with self-esteem, or are adjusting to life transitions including parenthood or career changes. , I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover unconscious patterns, and develop adaptive ways of thinking, behaving, and relating. In my work with patients I have seen strong clinical outcomes, helping my clients achieve lasting change and improved well-being. , Prior to private practice I provided treatment at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. I received my graduate degree from New York University and completed post graduate training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy at the Washington School of Psychiatry. I am taking new referrals.
