For others it has to do with work or relationships. In these times we can feel confused, aggravated, or helpless. Im passionate about working with individuals and couples to help them understand how their experiences and relationships sometimes leave them feeling disappointed, unfulfilled, or lonely. With that understanding, they’re empowered to make changes that break unproductive patterns, reduce conflict, and ultimately find more joy in their lives. ", My approach to therapy is rooted in a relational model in which we work together to identify your specific goals and the issues that have, so far, prevented you from realizing them. I firmly believe that you already have all the answers.
