It can be difficult to know how to move forward in your personal life, work, or academics when fear, anxiety, or depression are making you feel stuck. I often find that when one hits a crossroad in their life, it can sometimes bring stress, but also has the potential to create growth and resilience. Whether it’s navigating parenthood, coping with a difficult boss or colleague, feeling imposter syndrome in your program of study, or feeling shame for not living up to your "potential", having a nonjudgmental and supportive space to work on healing can make all of the difference. , I also offer coaching using a structured and supportive approach to help individuals with ADHD and/or executive functioning concerns. During our sessions, we work on time management strategies, daily life skills, ways to set realistic goals and achieve them, and process the challenges of being neurodivergent in unaffirming environments. , I take a warm, engaging, and persistent approach with clients, and my work is grounded in an intersectional, culturally inclusive perspective.
