About Us

I have treated patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, adjustment problems. I like to work with the hidden strengths of patients. I am trained to do counseling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups. I am a Lacanian psychoanalyst and can provide psychoanalysis. I worked together with Palle Villemoes, MD, (Sweden), who developed a psychotherapeutic method to help patients with schizophrenia, borderline personality and fibromyalgia and I can provide effective talk therapy for such patients. , I lectured on mental illness in the US and abroad (Europe, South-America, Africa, Australia and China). I published more than 50 articles about mental health. I co-authored with Alphonse De Waelhens: "Phenomenology and Lacan on Schizophrenia" (now translated into Chinese). I authored "Saying "No"", and "Denial, Negation, and the Forces of the Negative." , I learned about human development and the unavoidable pain when something goes wrong in the relationship with people near to us. I also learned that talking about oneself to a trusted other can give anybody increased insight into oneself and provides opportunity for growth. .
