I am a relational therapist who supports my clients in their pursuit of healing and integration. I use an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach to all therapy. My clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, and confused as they go through challenging transitions, relationship difficulties, or begin to face past trauma. I often support couples in deepening their intimacy (emotional and physical) and rebuilding a meaningful sense of connection.
