As a licensed psychologist with over 35 years of experience, I am committed to working with individuals and couples to address physical and mental health issues, sexual/relationship concerns, professional challenges, and life transitions. I believe that a good psychotherapeutic relationship can help you to feel better about yourself, develop resilience and enhance your relationships. My program "Lost and Found" is for women who are 5-10 years post cancer treatment. This work helps to optimize your health, deal with the trauma of illness and find ways to utilize your strengths and abilities to live a more fulfilled, authentic life. , I have an interest in working with women dealing with themes related to perimenopause, menopause, fertility challenges, self esteem and aging well. My program "Women Coming of Age addresses aging with meaning and connection to self. Whether addressing medical or life concerns, we will work together to promote a sense of empowerment, recovery and resilience. , My training is rich and broad, enabling me to draw from an eclectic framework and work in a flexible manner. I bring years of mindfulness, sexuality and somatic embodiment training to my work, My patients perceive me as sensitive and deeply compassionate, and I will actively work with you in the ways most appropriate for you to help you achieve your goals.
