About Us

Life can be challenging, and we are not always equipped with the tools to deal with it in the best way possible. Sometimes work, family, school, anxiety, depression, trauma, lack of self-worth, unhealthy coping skills, & all sorts of other things can overwhelm us & impact how we handle what comes our way. If you are feeling stuck, unsure, having challenges at work, school, or home that are leading to feelings of low self-worth, anxiety and/or depression, talking to someone could help ease some of these symptoms, burdensome thoughts and unpleasant feelings. , I offer a judgement-free safe space, empathy, & compassion as we work towards your life goals, whatever they might be, as you are the expert in your life. Sometimes we need help in sorting through the thoughts & feelings of daily life struggles to gain a deeper insight into what we want our lives to be & the steps needed to get there. I would like to help. , I have experience with clients ranging from youth/adolescents to adults. My approach is humanistic based and integrative, depending on the needs of the individual client(s). I also am a culturally competent counselor who understands that all humans, no matter how they identify, are deserving & worthy of love, support, happiness, dignity, and respect.
