My approach involves Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD treatment, HRT for BFRBs, behavior activation, and CBT. You have the ability to feel better and counseling is a great first step. The goal of each session is increased ability to cope with adversity and feel more like your ideal self.
