Are you confused? Lost? Unable to understand why you aren\t happy in your life? Maybe unsure of why you don\t seem to be able to do "the thing?" Possibly never feeling "good enough?" Can\t understand the amount of frustration and agitation you have? Or struggling to find the energy to get moving? I enjoy working with people who want to get re-acquainted with themselves. People who are curious to know how they got to where they are, and how to break the chains of their life thus far, and move in a new direction. , Therapy is like an episode of Scooby Doo. You enter the office and I say “alright gang, let’s get to the bottom of this.” Then, at the end, we rip off the mask to discover who’s really underneath. Unlike Scooby Doo, it’s usually not old man Johnson and we aren’t at an old, abandoned amusement park. , I use an eclectic approach and borrow from several theoretical orientations dependent on who people are and what they need.
