Coming out as transgender and moving out into the world as a transgender person can be both frightening and overwhelming. Having a safe place to express who you are and not feeling rejected but affirmed and validated, may be the first step in your journey to embrace yourself identifying as transgender or questioning. Whether questioning or uncertain, transitioning or have transitioned, having a safe place, and a warm and compassionate person who understands your journey of expression is the beginning of living and expressing yourself to your very fullest potential as a transgender person while moving within the greater communities. , I provide both compassion, listening, and validation within an integrated therapeutic experience, with challenges often associated with life transitions of all ages. Whether it be transgender issues, addiction or co-occurring issues, it is working as a partnership to begin to explore short and long term solutions, leading towards healing. , I believe that we are not alone, as to the adage," I never knew a flower that can grow by itself." We are are all interdependent, yet the need for connection is more vital then ever in this day and age.
