About Us

" Providing mental health care in the New York metro area for the past 20 years has taught me to honor each client’s unique journey as they navigate lifes transitions. During these transitions, shared themes emerge around loss, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and coming to terms with our own identities. While these common themes inform my approach to providing psychotherapy, individual circumstances require tailored therapeutic treatment. By collaborating with clients on their purpose, direction, and goals of psychotherapy, we work together to shape treatment. ", Throughout our lifespan, we face many obstacles. But even at our lowest points, we can find opportunities for personal growth and expansion. While in our deepest grief, we may not know it, but we are planting seeds for future change. Psychotherapy offers one path to understanding the self more deeply while working through these obstacles. , My 20 years of experience includes individual, family, group psychotherapy; hospice and hospital social work; substance abuse and eating disorder recovery treatment.
